Congratulations to Pretred on the grand opening of its new tire processing and manufacturing facility in Aurora!
Pretred is helping lead Colorado’s circular economy by transforming end-of-life tires into durable roadway safety barriers and sustainable infrastructure solutions. With the capacity to process more than 100 million pounds of waste tires annually, the company is turning a significant environmental challenge into a valuable resource for communities across the region.
The new 152,000-square-foot facility at Denali Logistics Park – a development by Fulenwider – L.C. Fulenwider, Inc. and Hines – will support Pretred’s continued growth, create approximately 100 jobs, and expand production capacity to meet increasing demand for innovative recycled-rubber safety barriers.
Chair Commissioner Julie Duran Mullica, Adams County, delivered remarks at the grand opening of PreTred’s new state-of-the-art facility in Aurora, celebrating the company’s investment in Adams County and its commitment to sustainable manufacturing and innovation.
This investment represents the kind of innovation, sustainability, and economic development that strengthens Colorado’s future – creating jobs, reducing waste, and advancing a more resilient, closed-loop economy.
