This proposed $55 million interchange on I-70 will create additional access for the growing commercial corridor adjacent to four major business parks and developments.

Construction to begin 2022-2023
A new water loop starting at E-470 and 26th Ave. going east to Imboden, up to 56th Ave., tying back in to where the line currently ends at Jackson Gap, will deliver water service to development occurring in northeast Aurora.

Improvements will be made to E. 64th Ave., an arterial road that provides direct access from Denver International Airport to the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center, E-470, and businesses located in the region. This catalytic infrastructure improvement project will spur private development and attract commercial users.

This important roadway project delivered dedicated access to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Fitzsimons Innovation Community. It included additional high-capacity highway access points for patients, employees, visitors, and students.
